Everyone loves the idea of a fresh start. But most “New Year, New You” efforts collapse in a few weeks. They’re either too intense to stick to or don’t create enough of a daily habit.

This time, I wanted to offer something different.

A minimal, intelligent system to help you rebuild your fitness rhythm — physically, mentally, and emotionally — with structure, intention, and consistency.

It’s not a coaching program or a motivational bot. It’s a tool and strategy layer between who you are and what you’re working toward.

Built on the same philosophy behind my 100 Days Later program and much of the work published on humanfitproject.com, but designed for those early, wobbly steps back into movement, focus, and momentum.
