Why I built 100 Days Later

Most people don’t need more tips or another influencer to follow. They need an effective, yet simple system.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with performance brands, media companies, and high-level creatives. I’ve interviewed elite athletes, tested every training protocol you can imagine, and helped people through identity-level transitions, not just physical ones.

Everyone eventually hits a point where discipline starts to slip, structure gets lost, and the body follows the mind into chaos.

100 Days Later was built for that moment.

Not as a one-off program or another piece of content.

But as a creative solution to a real problem I’ve lived through myself.

So what is 100 Days Later?

It’s a structured 100-day challenge that blends daily training, mindset reframes, and hard lifestyle rules delivered through a custom GPT I designed.

Every day, it gives you:

  • One clear, intelligently programmed workout

  • One short, grounding mindset shift

  • One set of habits that remove friction and distraction

And that’s it.

No decision fatigue. No overthinking. No motivational fluff.

Why use AI?

Because I wanted to build something that could hold structure for someone without needing a coach or app.

That’s what this is. A tool for showing up when your willpower wears thin.

Why 100 days?

Because transformation doesn’t happen in 30.

And while 75-day programs have caught on, many are extreme, unsustainable, or over-indexed on willpower.

100 Days Later is different. It’s long enough to change your identity. Short enough to finish. And built with the kind of structure you'd expect from someone who’s done this for 20 years on both the brand and personal level.

The creative layer

This is also part of something bigger I’m working on: Building smart, systemized products that reflect real philosophy, not generic output.

I’m interested in the intersection of:

  • Creative systems

  • Behavior design

  • Performance psychology

  • Personal transformation

This isn’t just something I built for “my audience.” I built it because I needed it and because a lot of people I care about did too.

Want to try it?

You don’t need to sign up or buy anything. Just open ChatGPT, go to the Explore GPTs tab, and search: 100 Days Later, or click this link to launch it.

I can’t wait to hear what you think.
