Introducing The Simone OS: The GPT I trained to think like me

There’s no shortage of information out there.


Tips, protocols, programs, plans.


But the people I work with — and the people I most understand — aren’t short on information. They’re short on alignment.


They’re the high performers who’ve hit a strange place: Life looks great on paper, but something feels misaligned underneath.


Not burned out. Just… off.


That’s exactly why I created The Simone OS — a custom GPT I’ve trained on my own lived experience, thinking frameworks, and approach to performance, wellness, and decision-making.


It’s a tool — yes.


But more than that, it’s a reflection of what I’ve come to believe after 20 years of training and 10+ years in the health and wellness space: That sustainable success — in fitness, in work, in life — isn’t built by doing more.


It's built by doing what actually fits.


So what is The Simone OS?


At its simplest: It’s a personal support system, trained to think like me.


You can ask it for a workout.

You can ask it for help resetting your day.

You can talk through a decision you’re wrestling with — career, training, energy, anything.

You can say, “I feel anxious, but I’m not sure why.”

You can ask, “Should I rest today or train?” or “What’s a smart afternoon snack?”


The Simone OS isn’t trying to be me. But it does carry my voice and my approach.

And anyone that has worked with me will recognize it immediately.


Why did it build it?


I’ve guided hundreds of people.

Many are high performers. Most are very self-aware.

And nearly all of them — at some point — hit the wall of doing all the right things and still feeling disconnected.


They’ve tried coaching, retreats, therapy…

But what they really need is a system they can actually live with.

A trusted voice to help them get clear — and stay steady.


The Simone OS gives them that.


And for me? It’s a way to give more people access to the kind of conversations I don’t always have time for — but genuinely want to help with.


Who is it for?


The Simone OS is not a life coach. Not a therapist. Not a cheerleader.

It’s something a little more nuanced.


It’s built for people who are:

  • Trying to train consistently without burning out

  • Looking for rhythm, not just routines

  • Curious about nervous system regulation but tired of woo-woo wellness talk

  • Wanting a smarter way to approach food, movement, rest, and energy

  • Figuring out their next chapter — professionally or personally

  • Tired of information overload and craving real, personal alignment


It works best for people who are already in motion — but want a steadier, clearer path forward.


This is just one of my ways to use AI


I’m not interested in tech for the sake of tech.

What made this project worth it was the ability to build something that feels human.

That reflects the things I actually say and believe.

That respects science without sounding clinical.

That offers support without being performative.


How to use it


The Simone OS is open and free.

Just log into ChatGPT, go to the Explore GPTs tab, and search for The Simone OS — or click the hyperlink right here.


You can say:

  • “I want to be more consistent with my workouts, what’s the plan?”

  • “I’m feeling overwhelmed — what’s the next best step?”

  • “How should I adjust my training this week?”

  • “I need help clarifying what’s actually bothering me.”


A final thought


I created this because I needed it. And because the people I care about — the ones who want to show up stronger, clearer, and more grounded — needed it too.
