Some people journal. Some people vent. Some people freeze and just try to push through.
I used to do all of the above. And honestly... most of it never really helped in the moment.
That’s why I built The Mood Swinger.
It’s a personal system that I’ve now turned into a custom GPT designed to help you shift out of the head noise when you’re stuck, frustrated, spiraling, or emotionally flat.
What The Mood Swinger actually does
The Mood Swinger isn’t here to analyze you. It’s not therapy, a coach, or a cheerleader.
It’s a clear, emotionally grounded tool that:
Helps you name what you’re feeling
Sorts out the story you’re telling yourself
Offers a small shift — in thought or in body — that actually helps
It runs on five simple tools I’ve personally used and refined over time:
Mood Decoder – for when you don’t even know what’s wrong
Thought Sorter – for when you keep replaying the same thing
Reframe Engine – for when you want a better lens
Reset Prompt – for when your nervous system won’t settle
Swing Tracker – for spotting patterns over time
You don’t need to use all five. You don’t even need to know what to say.
You can just open it and type:
“I feel off.” “Everything feels loud.” “I need to get out of this headspace.”
And it will meet you there.

Why I made it
Because I’ve been the person who couldn’t explain what was wrong… just that something was.
I’ve lived through the spiral.
I’ve watched my own thoughts drive me nuts.
And I’ve worked hard to build a personal system that gets me out of it without bypassing how I feel.
That’s what The Mood Swinger is.
It’s not trying to fix you.
It’s trying to free you from the thought loop, the tension, or the freeze.
Who it’s for
This is for you if:
You get in your own head
You think in black-and-white
You feel overwhelmed but can’t name why
You want to shift but don’t want to pretend everything’s fine
You don’t need to be falling apart to use it.You just need to want to feel a little more steady.
How to try it
Just log into ChatGPT, go to the Explore GPTs tab, and search for The Mood Swinger or click this link.
And if you’re the type who says:
“This probably won’t help, but I’ll try…”
You’re exactly who I built it for.
